At Kooler Nosh, we’re committed to delivering high-quality frozen meals with care. While we don’t accept returns on perishable products, we’ll always do our best to make things right if there’s an issue.
Perishable Products
Because our meals are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, if something goes wrong with your order — such as:

Incorrect or missing items

Meals arriving damaged or compromised
Please contact us within 3 Days of delivery at allenwilliams@koolernosh.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos if possible.
What We Can Do
Depending on the situation, we may offer:

A partial or full refund

Store credit

A replacement in a future delivery
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the issue.
Subscription Orders
Subscription changes (skips, cancellations, edits) must be made at least 72 hours before your next delivery date. Orders locked for production are not eligible for changes or refunds.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order, unless preparation has already begun.
